Tête de linotte* !

That's what I am ... a scatterbrain*! During lunch break I prepare the sequel to my Monday post.  And then ... I forget to mail it to my private e-mail address! Now it's sitting there, on the hard disk of my professional computer ... waiting for me to collect it tomorrow.

Feeding time at the Antwerp Zoo.
The emperor penguins show poor aristocratic behaviour when the bucket of fresh fish arrives. They start shuffing each other around and don't hesitate to push each other into the water to get to the largest fish first.

In French a penguin is called a 'pingouin' or 'manchot'. In colloquial French 'manchot' is also used to refer to a 'dumb person'. So I guess that name applies to me today as well ...

I'm afraid you'll have to wait for the rest of my story till tomorrow. Sorry for the delay. But let me reassure you: help is on its way and if all goes according to plan, my living situation should be back to normal by this time tomorrow. In the meanwhile I'm dry ... but not really warm.

Have you been drinking again?
Just kidding.
Can't wait to see the sequel. But it's Thanksgiving here in the States tomorrow. I may not read it until Friday.
Take care!
