That sixteenth century cross doesn't look Irish to me. The landscape looks very much like one you would see on the Loire Valley rivers like the Cher, Indre or Vienne. In any case it is a lovely picture.

If you've voted France, you weren't too far wrong though, as this peaceful place is in Habay-la-Neuve in the Belgian Gaume, at some 30 km from the French border.
