I think it is either a rhododendron or an azalea. An oleander is a "laurier".
What is going on with Plastik Bertrand? C'est incroyable! I still like the song "ca plane pour moi".

Nadege, You may very well be right about the rhododendron, although the ones we have here in Belgium have more green leaves and bigger flowers. That's why I thought that this one was a oleander.

As for Plastic Bertrand, the only thing I've heard about him recently is that apparently he's not the singer of 'ca plane pour moi'. Scientific voice tests have shown that the author of the song, Lou De Prijck, is also the artist who recorded the song and that the character of Plastic was only 'created' to put the song on stage and make the video clip. As far as I know Lou isn't confirming nor denying the rumour, while Plastic is firmly denying it. Difficult to know who is telling the truth. The fact remains however, that Plastic never had another hit record, while Lou is still going strong as a singer-songwriter. Lou is mainly known as the leadsinger of Lou & the Hollywood Bananas and the group Two Men sound (Disco Samba).
